Shipping & Delivery
Sweet Face currently delivers within the US and Internationally.
Orders are personal care products are handmade and processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Delays and cancellations may occur if an item is not in stock, and if that is the case, you will be contacted by customer service.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
You can usually expect delivery within 3 - 7 business days, however, deliveries to country and/or remote areas may take longer*.
Please note, this is only an estimate of the time you should allow for your order to be sent. Cancellations will not be accepted due to delivery being late.
All products ordered via the website will be delivered to the address provided by you.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost varies based on shipping options provided.
Returns
Sweet Face will accept returns if a product is deemed faulty due to postage or manufacturing. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened items.
Products on sale or promo items are final sale and will not be accepted as a refund or exchange.
